Reading now: (I was to read Maya's book but I can't find it! Its here somewhere!) I'm reading the 3rd of the Huxables series by Mary Balogh. AT LAST COMES LOVE (I'll be having a contest for all 3 books soon).



Reading Next: Note that this always changes because either my mood changes or I can't find the book, LOL. So its up again, SWEET SURRENDER, once I find it of Maya Banks!
OPERATION L.O.V.E. Anthology by Anne Elizabeth, C.H. Admirand, Tara Nina, DC DeVane and Lindsay Downs. This Anthology is from a small publisher Highland Press and this book's proceeds partially goes to Special Operations Warriors Foundation




Just read: LAND OF FALLING STARS by Keta Diablo. Oh wow, this was so good. I was teary eyed at times. Books set historically in the civil war as a romance, I easily am teary eyed reading since it touches me so much! This one did that and more. Just a beautiful written and REAL written romance! I'm looking forward to posting this review this week! I too read a ebook by Liane Gentry Skye called BELIEVE. Very sizzling and good read! And SEDUCTION by Jeanmarie Hamilton (too from Highland Press) (It will be on another blog for review from me)





I read alot of books from all over including the NY print pubs, and small pubs, and ebooks, so I love trying new to me authors and publishers as I too think they should have the opportunity to have their books read. I've found a number of books and authors that are keepers and autobuys.

Pamela Palmer - DESIRE UNTAMED

Today's the day! DESIRE UNTAMED by Pamela Palmer, first in the Feral Warriors series is out! I had the joy of winning this from Pamela and was thrilled! See, she also has a great series out with Nocturne that I discovered her books. So when I saw this series coming too along with her time travels as Pamela Montgomerie I've been elated since! Historical and Paranormal Romances are my favorites as most know I read and chat about!

The Feral Warriors are a race of 9 surviving Therians. Therians are an immortal race of shape shifters that are out there to protect their race as well as humans from Daemons. Daemons are evil! They try to take the power from the Feral Warriors and use the power wrong (bad ways). So these 9 Feral Warriors try to keep the Daemons at a minimum. They get more power from a Therian called A Radiant. A Radiant gives the 9 Feral Warriors strength to shape shift and fight. As the Feral Warriors use their strength to take out the Daemons. There are alos Mages that use magic but they are rivals of the Feral Warriors.

Once I got into this series, it was so smooth sailing on this 'world this author created. I was understanding from the first page on. Author Pamela Palmer so gives this series a visual picture of everything! Too her site has an area devoted to this series that explains this all along with the characters. The 9 Feral Warriors are 9 different shape shifters. The first book is starts where their past Radiant has died and they need a Radiant. The longer they don't shape shift, the worse each of these Feral Warriors get. Lyon, is the leader among the Feral Warriors. You will love the names this author created for each of the 9 Feral Warriors! I love Lyon but too I'm in love with many of them, especially Tighe and Paenther. (Neat names!) Since these Feral Warriors need a Radiant to get stronger, Lyon does a neat ritual that leads him to their Radiant. Kara, their radiant, is living among humans who has no ideas she's of the Therian's race. When she's taken to learn her skills as a Radiant, she has resistant to this whole cause being so new and so much change for her. But too she has falling in love with Lyon but he's not designated to be her mate. This author will take you through this whole process that will lead to a beautiful HEA and too set you up to anticipate every one of the Feral Warriors HEA. The romance and passion between Lyon and Kara is intense, romantic and sizzling! I for one so can't wait for their books! Great thing is that book two, OBESSION UNTAMED is out the end of July and the 3rd book, PASSION UNTAMED is out at the end of August. So we'll have the treat of 3 books in a row (plus her Time Travel as Pamela Montgomerie SAPPHIRE DREAMS on July 7th!! I so hope to be able to get this and bring you a review. I too plan to read each of these books and post here!

Laptop Blew

Sadly, more like devastating, since its my only way to communicate since I can't use a phone. My laptop blew when I started to use tonight. So I'm borrowing someones so I can post this but its going to be very limited for me to be online until its fixed, if it can be fixed or not. I still will be posting about DESIRE UNTAMED by Pamela Palmer because its fab and out Tuesday so I hope to get to borrow again to post it.

Gosh if you love strong alpha heroes and an intense paranormal series, this one you must read! Its first of 9 books, 9 Feral Warriors. If you like like J. R. Ward and Sherrilyn Kenyon and so many wonderful authors out there, You MUST read this series! She will have 3 books out in a row, June, July and August. (Too, she has a Time Travel too coming out under another name she's writing and too has a great series at Nocturne! So lots of great reading coming from her!)
